Unique bungalow experience, Immaculately kept pool area, Abundant green scenery
Inconsistent cleanliness standards could really use some attention!!! The uphill walk back from town felt more like a mountain trek than a leisurely stroll!!!

The bungalows were pretty, but who needs mosquitoes all over? And the bed? Oh, please, it was like sleeping on a plank. I nearly had a heart attack when there was no welcome gift for such a distinguished guest. I could've given a better rating, but I just couldn't.

Location was good for parking and setting was relaxing. Price was affordable in an expensive area.
Mosquitos everywhere, bathroom in bungalow was small and noise from adjoining bungalow was bad (could hear snoring and coughing throughout the night).

Location great, the hill not that bad and the staff would run you down and pick you up later if you wanted anyway. 10-15Mins walk from the station, 5-10mins to the main square. They will also get you extra utensils for the kitchen if you need them and try to help with any issues you may have. The services like the pool and snack bar etc didn't start til may 1st but looked like they'd be good.
Was clean, could be cleaner. Can't really say too much bad because of the value and location. If anything was wrong they would try to fix it and were very reasonable people.

The shower broke on day one but was quickly fixed by the staff, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the whole place. The pool area offered a perfect spot to unwind, and I loved lounging in the garden surrounded by trees. Just a heads-up, it would be nice to have some toiletries available since I forgot mine! 😊

This is a very nice place. The bungalows are quite close to each other (ca. 6M), but no direct view of the others, and very quiet. The shade provided by the lemon trees is very nice (no need for a/c). The staff is extremely nice with children. The swimming-pool is great. The best bungalows are numbers higher than 110. The city and the railway station are close (15 minutes walk - no need to move your car to go to Pompei or Naples). The Sorrento peninsula is beautiful.
Overall, it was a very good place. The only issue is that everything is extremely expensive in Sorrento, and this place can be regarded as "cheap" as compared to others in the same city, but too expensive as compared to other great touristic areas in Italy. The swimming-pool should be kept opened until 8pm instead of 6 pm. The villaggio is located in the upper part of the town. The minibus should be more helpful to drop passengers at the port or pick them up at the railway station.

Very good location for access to Sorrento and exploring the area and very good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Hotel staff were friendly.
It's credentials for self catering are limited by a very small kitchen area and no indoor table and chairs. Also, the bungalows are very dark inside.

fabulous location within easy walking disance of shops and coast but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very 'laid back' atmosphere. We felt very confident in letting the children walk around the complex.
Cost of sun beds were expensive
